Join Chef Peter on November 18th, 6:30 at Say Ciao! for a family style five-course dinner of seasonal fare. Prepared to eat; enjoy to your stomachs content a festive array of family style platters:

        Amuse Bouche

Dried cherries and apricots with goat cheese rolled in toasted hazelnuts


Sweet potato and jalapeno


Arugula with golden beets, caramelized shitake mushrooms, toasted sunflower seeds, red onion with a shallot and herb vinaigrette


Seared medallions of boneless chicken breast with a light tomato basil sauce, risotto with saffron and Parmesan and a fresh spinach and buttered green beans


Sweet apple tartlets in phyllo pastry with a Chantilly cream

Appropriate wines will be offered by both the glass and bottle or BYOB for a nominal $10.00 corkage. Non-alcoholic beverages and coffee will be included gratis.

Seats must be pre-purchased in advance via Eventbrite ( or by calling Say Ciao at 360.210.5522 and paying with a credit card over the phone.

Say Ciao! has an open kitchen so enjoy the show, look around, keep the chef company if you’d like! There will be two communal tables of eight guests each, so prepare to meet some new friends or book an entire table for yourself and friends.
