Tonight we cater Pub Talk at the Artillery Barracks. Came up with a new menu item just for the evening which is now listed as an appetizer option; like it!

Here is tonight’s menu with the new appetizer in bold italics:

  • SW red bean tortilla roll ups with avocado crèma
  • Grilled Andouille sausage bites and sweet potatoes with caramelized onions, sundried tomatoes and rosemary
  • Fresh vegetable crudités with a lemon tarragon crème fraîche dip
  • Artichoke, spinach and roasted garlic dip with sliced baguette
  • Domestic and imported cheese presentation with crackers
