Catered dinner tonight for some of faculty of WSU, here in Vancouver…

  • Seared salmon filet with a Pacific Rim aioli
  • Boneless chicken breast medallions with an apricot chive sauce
  • Baked penne pasta casserole with a three cheese sauce (vegetarian)
  • Quinoa salad with spinach, sweet peppers and marjoram
  • Chilled asparagus with a lemon dijon tarragon sauce
  • Baby field green salad with a balsamic vinaigrette
  • Fresh breads and butter
  • House baked cookies, bars and brownies
